THE FASHION EXTRAVAGAN OF LADY GAGA

All eyes on the red carpet at Sunday's Grammy Awards 2010, Januari 31, went straight to Lady Gaga and her solar-system gown that was totally out of this world. Lady Gaga's Grammys ensemble (the first one anyway) didn't disappoint. Gaga showed up in a convertible and managed to make her way to the red carpet in a crotch-baring, space-age solar system dress and towering platforms while carrying a star-shaped sparkle. She is nominated for five Grammys.

The Gaga’s dress for 2010 Grammy is part of a series of iconic pieces that Italian designer Giorgio Armani created for the singer. Giorgio Armani is a fashion legend, and at that night, Gaga maybe have been the same without his touch, and his wonderful team. By the Armani touch of Gaga's fashion, Lady Gaga has become fashion's favorite chameleon and she didn't disappoint with this shiny, silvery, three-dimensional number that was created in collaboration with Giorgio Armani. She then opened the show in a green fairy-wing bodysuit — with matching green sparkle booties, of course."I am honored to be wearing Armani this evening. The series of pieces Mr. Armani created for me are truly iconic; they represent not only beautiful fashion, but my spirit and essence as an artist," she said in a statement.

Yupps, Lady Gaga has stated that she is "very into fashion" and that it is "everything" to her. Her love of fashion came from her mother, who she stated was "always very well kept and beautiful." She said that: "When I'm writing music, I'm thinking about the clothes I want to wear on stage. It's all about everything altogether—performance art, pop performance art, fashion. For me, it's everything coming together and being a real story that will bring back the super-fan. I want to bring that back. I want the imagery to be so strong that fans will want to eat and taste and lick every part of us." Columnist Trish Crawford commented, "Fashion is her calling card, a way to stand out as unique in a very crowded field." She has her own creative production team called the Haus of Gaga, which she handles personally. The team creates many of her clothes, stage props, and hairdos. She has six known tattoos, among them a peace symbol which was inspired by the late John Lennon who The Guardian stated was her "hero," and a curling German script on her left arm which quotes the poet Rainer Maria Rilke.

Here are some of Gaga Fashion that always attract the public attention.
